We source the products for our store across the world. We first decide which products and innovations we would like to add, and then try and source the best value for money option to make it easy for you to purchase.

Our returns policy is straight forward. If the product is defective in anyway, is not as described or not fit for purpose then you have a right to return it to us for a full refund. We assume that after 30 days after receipt of your product has elapsed that you are happy with your product and then the individual product warranty will apply.

We try to ensure that your order is processed within hours of its placement. Actual delivery times will vary depending on the type of delivery method selected. In stock items delivered via Australia post usually take 2-3 business days. Items not currently held in stock or special order products may take a few weeks.
